• know what the difficulty continuum is (simple / complex skills)
• know what a self-paced skill is
• be able to give an example of a self-paced skill
• know what an externally paced skill is
• be able to give an example of an externally paced skill
• know what the pacing continum is (self-paced / externally paced skills)
• know what an open skill is
• be able to give an example of an open skill
• know what a closed skill is
• be able to give an example of a closed skill
• know what the environmental influences continum is (open / closed skills)
• know what a gross skill is
• be able to give an example of a gross skill
